Description

Chartered firm of Surveyors have an opportunity for a qualified Development Surveyor to join their expanding team in either the Exeter or Bristol office.

The role of the Development Surveyor is extremely varied in both its nature and client base and will include:
• viability appraisals
• secured lending valuations
• strategic development advice
• land negotiation on behalf of clients

The ideal candidate for the Development Surveyor position will be an MRICS qualified surveyor, and have at least 2 years post qualification experience, be self-motivated and interested in developing a career in the property development sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the South Wests leading property consultancies offering a basic salary from £30,000 depending on experience, plus car and benefits package.
