Well established estate agency is looking for an experienced and successful Sales Manager for their branch office.
This position provides an opportunity for an established performer or rising star to accelerate their estate agency career.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with good knowledge of estate agency who can lead from the front, but the most important skills will be people and sales management as well as developing, implementing and managing the processes within the branch, to ensure clients receive the best customer experience possible.
Essential skills and requirements for the Sales Manager:
• minimum of 2 years estate agency experience
• sales and management experience
• valuation experience
• be target driven
• strong people management skills with experience of leading and developing a small team
• be polished and well presented
• full driving licence
