We have an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team of a holiday park in Devon.
The company require an experienced, driven, highly motivated and passionate person to build on recent infrastructure and process improvements made. Reporting to the Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff, and other appropriate personnel.
You will ensure all areas of the business operate efficiently and offer support wherever required. The role is hands on and will require the successful candidate to roll their sleeves up on occasion.

Typical duties will include:

• formulating company strategy alongside others within the senior management team.
• implementing efficient processes and standards.
• leading a team of reception staff and holiday sales cleaners whose mission is to maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness.
• liaise with the Marketing team.
• maintain the safety certification for each holiday unit ensure all are compliant and safe for guests to use.
• improve park services to ensure guests are provided with the highest standards possible.

The successful candidate will have:

• a minimum of 3 years previous operational management experience, ideally within the holiday park/hospitality industry.
• a positive attitude.
• customer service management skills and a can do attitude.

This is a permanent position with a good overall earnings package with a basic of £35,000.
