Financial Services provider is looking for a Receptionist and Operations Assistant for their Exeter office.

The role will be front office, meeting and greeting visitors and undertaking reception and general office duties.

Typical duties will include:

• answering telephone
• greeting clients
• preparing refreshments for clients
• dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• monitoring and ordering stationary and office supplies
• printing presentation packs
• making restaurant reservations and travel arrangements
• booking meeting rooms
• general administration

The successful Receptionist and Operations Assistant will have:

• accurate typing skills
• be a good communicator with effective interactive skills; able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
• excellent organisational and prioritising ability
• be able to work flexibly and autonomously
• competent in the use of MS Office applications
• good communication skills, both verbal and written
• a polite and friendly manner

This is a permanent position with a basic salary of between £16,000 and £18,000 depending on experience together with a good benefits package.
