We have a great opportunity for an experienced Lettings Accounts Administrator to join a busy company involved in the lettings property market in Bath.

Typical duties will include:

• posting rent, deposits and administration fees received onto tenants’ accounts
• chasing rent arrears
• assisting landlords and tenants with account related queries
• posting and paying contractor invoices
• assisting with the preparation of landlords’ monthly statements
• bank account reconciliations
• protecting deposits with the DPS and transferring funds
• banking of cash and cheque receipts including petty cash
• tenancy administration

To apply for the role of Lettings Accounts Administrator you will need:

• experience of accounts within the property industry in either estate agency or lettings would be an advantage
• good computer literacy
• a keen eye for detail
• the ability to work unsupervised with accuracy

This is a full time office based role working Monday to Friday and is an excellent opportunity for a positive, enthusiastic and determined individual to grow with the company, who are offering a basic salary of between £18,500 and £19,500 depending on experience, plus pension, discretionary bonus structure and funded training opportunities.
